These committees help the NCPA complete its mission to promote the health of mothers and babies through leadership, education, and advocacy for healthy mothers and healthy infants.

These committees help the NCPA complete its mission to promote the health of mothers and babies through leadership, education, and advocacy for healthy mothers and healthy infants.
1) Efficient Decision-Making. Our committees make decision-making more efficient and allow the full Board to focus on the most important issues.
2) Reduced Burden on the Board. If the Board is required to meet frequently or to take constant, repetitive actions, these matters can often be handled by a committee with delegated authority from the Board rather than by the full Board.
3) Focused Attention. Our Committees ensure matters get the attention they deserve. Committees pull a laboring oar in getting the NCPA’s work accomplished. By having a dedicated group focusing on Membership, Communications/Website/Publicity, Legislation & Advocacy, Education, and Awards, NCPA provides more benefits the community and its members.
